Victim Extricated From Vehicle After Collision With 18-Wheeler
A collision between an 18-wheeler and a sedan Friday morning resulted in an individual being extricated from the vehicle. The accident, which occurred around 8:00 a.m. in Florence, left the driver of the sedan trapped in the vehicle. The victim was extricated with the Jaws of Life and transported to a nearby hospital. There are no further updates on the condition of the victim at this time. South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the accident to determine the cause of the collision.
