Sarah received her B.A. from Rutgers University in 2014. While at Rutgers, Ms. Austin majored in Political Science. In her free time, she enjoyed playing intramural sports and was an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.

After earning her political science degree from Rutgers University, Ms. Austin had the opportunity to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law where she completed her Juris Doctor in 2017. While in law school, she was named to the Dean’s List and served on the Editorial Board for the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal. Ms. Austin focused her course load on electronic discovery and cyber-security. In addition, she served as Editor-In-Chief of two ABA Award-Winning law blogs and had the opportunity to extern for The Hon. J., Michelle Childs, at the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.


Ms. Austin was born in Pennsylvania and raised in New Jersey and Colorado. However, after many years of vacationing in Myrtle Beach, she has decided to call Horry County home. Sarah is committed to providing extraordinary legal representation to the people of the community that she has grown to love.
