You can still file GM Ignition Switch Cases

An auto accident victim with serious injuries may be able to file against GM under the faulty ignition switch theory. Many cases were previously barred from filing suit until a recent Supreme Court decision changed a lower court ruling. The door is now open for potentially hundreds of previously barred ignition switch claims to be filed for personal injury claims arising before GM filed for bankruptcy in 2009.

We essentially look for airbag non deployment for these claims. Bodily Injury also needs to have occurred, not just property damage.
